Surfing Saturday

Don't know what possessed me but I spent most of the day surfing. I'd really intended to surf for a little while and then get on with some serious writing. The day just did not go according to plan but the credits from surfing will come in handy.

Took time off and went to the gym this afternoon. Gave the brain a rest - all I needed to think about was keeping my heart rate in the cardio training zone and making sure it did not leap into the cardio failure zone. Felt very much better. Jus proved again for myself what everybody knows: it is good to take the occasional break. I really must get back into the routine of working out several times a week.

Tomorrow I am going to work on my writing so that I can submit an article this week.
