The way it works is that you view the websites belonging to other members and, in return, the traffic exchange awards you credits ("hits") to have other members view your website. The ratio of views/hits varies and becomes more favourable if you pay for upgraded membership. Some are 2-1 or 3-5 but you can get 1-1 in some places.
